Head of Marketing / Head of Demand Generation / Marketing & Demand Manager needed by a rapidly scaling SaaS business in sustainability. They are a small team split across Europe, work with some of the world’s biggest retail and CPG companies and are supported by world-leading investors.
Following a successful series A funding round, they’re ready to tackle the next stage of their growth by bringing on board a proven marketing leader to develop and implement the marketing infrastructure with the goal of to driving MQL’s and positioning the organisation as a thought leader in the climate tech space.
The Head of Marketing / Head of Demand Generation / Marketing & Demand Manager will:-
* Create demand generation campaigns using the LinkedIn and Google ad networks, with a view to creating MQLs into the sales team.
* Be capable of designing and running lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot.
* Work alongside a copywriter on small and major content pieces, ranging from social posts and blogs to whitepapers and case studies.
* Track lead conversion and velocity through the funnel, constantly optimizing, through testing.
* Contribute to the creative process in order to define new, relevant and differentiating content marketing campaigns.
* Updating and maintaining the company website through the creation of pages, landing pages etc., laying out content, updating and repurposing content (WordPress).
* Tracking and reporting on website and social platform performance.
* Managing the company’s social media platforms including scheduling and posting new content.
* Event management – help to plan and organise tradeshows and conferences.
The Head of Marketing / Head of Demand Generation / Marketing & Demand must have:-
* Proven experience growing a B2B Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
* Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
* Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels.
* Field marketing / event management experience
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience of HubSpot and/or Salesforce proficient in Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress (or other similar CMS) and MailChimp (or other mainstream email marketing platform)
* The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information, and owning the results of these decisions.
* Experience working in a high-growth start-up.
