Head of Growth / Head of Consumer Marketing / Head of D2C needed by an ecommerce startup business who are already available in all UK major supermarkets across the UK. They serve over 200,000 consumers per week and have ambitious growth plans.
Part of their growth plans include the launching of a new direct to consumer proposition, which you will be heading up. The role has an exciting combination of responsibilities during both the pre- launch and post-launch of the new proposition.
Head of Growth / Head of Consumer Marketing / Head of D2C will:-
*Lead the successful and on-time launch of the new D2C proposition.
*Manage the creation of a combined D2C and brand website
*Design and create the full D2C offering including content, advice, support and community
*Work with and support the product team to create a successful product range for D2C.
*Find appropriate service providers to support the full D2C service including pick, pack and despatch.
*Create a marketing campaign to support the soft launch and subsequent growth of the D2C offering.
The Head of Growth / Head of Consumer Marketing / Head of D2C must have:-
*Proven experience leading growth at a consumer facing ecommerce business across any sector.
*Experience in managing and developing marketing strategies.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*A positive, hands-on approach to getting things done.
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
