Global VP marketing / Marketing Director / Global Head of Marketing needed by a B2B SaaS business who are already operating globally with a small but rapidly growing headcount. They have a solid, profitable customer base and a product suite built on the latest technologies already making headway in the market.
As the first marketer within the business, you’ll have a major impact on the company’s expansion into additional territories and customer acquisition, while growing out a marketing team of your own.
The Global VP marketing / Marketing Director / Global Head of Marketing will:-
*Build a team to support execution of the marketing strategy.
*Grow the marketing/sales pipeline by developing lead generation campaigns, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices.
*Manage and bring on board new agencies to optimise growth.
*Strengthen and optimise the marketing tech stack.
The Global VP marketing / Marketing Director / Global Head of Marketing must have:-
*5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience.
*Experience and understanding of the Buyers Journey in a B2B Software industry.
*Ability to look at the bigger picture, delve into data and make informed decisions based on that data.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams.
*An innovative and creative problem solving mindset.
*The ability to drive and motivate the team to success despite challenges.
