Field Marketing Manager/ Marketing Operations Manager needed by a B2B SaaS startup business solving a common workplace problem throughout the world.
Following a successful series A funding round, they’re looking to continue changing the way businesses hire, by doing some hiring of their own. They’re looking to invest heavily into their growth by bringing in a field Marketing Manager to support the new business team while they enable the generation of new ARR.
The Field Marketing Manager/ Marketing Operations Manager will:-
*Plan and coordinate marketing activity across the direct sales team
*Manage day to day communication with new business teams on all sales and marketing initiatives
*Collateral production: Sales tools, presentations, sell sheets, supporting video assets etc by sector, working in collaboration with Snr. Copywriter & Content Marketing Exec
*Take ownership of event planning & execution eg Webinars, Panel Discussions ect
The Field Marketing Manager/ Marketing Operations Manager must have:-
*At least 4 years B2B SaaS experience
*An eye for a story and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging messages
*Experience working in a similar role especially creating and driving events for MWL generation
*Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM & workflows
*A Solid understanding of sales process and demand generation
