Digital Director/ Head of Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing Lead needed by a fast-growing, consumer wellness business who are scaling up aggressively and already cash positive. They have high ambitions and are looking for someone who is equally ambitious.
With a huge international expansion right around the corner, the Digital Director/ Head of Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing Lead will head up all digital acquisition while spearheading their growth and leading a team of talented performance marketers.
The Digital Director/ Head of Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing Lead will:-
*Define and deliver the customer acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.
*Lead, manage and grow a team of talented marketers.
*Proactively prioritise growth and performance through data-driven performance management and optimisation.
*Maintain a deep understanding of business goals, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
*Play a strategic role in the business and work closely with the CEO and Sales & Marketing Director.
The Digital Director/ Head of Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing Lead must have:-
*Proven experience growing an ecommerce consumer brand. Additional bonus if internationally.
*Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
*Comfortable in a fast growing, unstructured start-up environment.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*A Proven track record of building incredibly successful teams.
