Working for a large eCommerce retailer, the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist / CRO Manager / eCommerce Conversion Lead role involves setting up and executing the experimentation roadmap to improve conversion and customer experience.

The Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist / CRO Manager / eCommerce Conversion Lead will manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including Design, UX, Research, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineers and BA’s, coaching them in CRO, optimisation testing and experimentation. The role will focus mostly on the shopping basket and checkout experience, driving experimentation and improvements.

The role involves both setting the CRO strategy and getting hands dirty/getting into the detail.

This is a fully remote role so can be based anywhere in the UK and is OUTSIDE IR35.

Candidates for the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist / CRO Manager / eCommerce Conversion Lead role must have:
– A strong background in CRO or conversion testing
– Experience in a transactional eCommerce conversion based environment, from any sector or product category, such as eCommerce, travel, media, marketplaces, etc.
– Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience
