AI Product Manager | FinTech | £70-75k | Reading (Hybrid, 1 day a week)
A FinTech business with almost 50% market share in its sector is looking for a builder-focused AI Product Manager to own the roadmap and growth of an established white-labelled B2B2C mobile app. The platform is already used across the financial services industry, has proven market traction, and is entering its next phase of growth focused on AI, personalisation, and customer engagement.
Salary Package: £70-75k + Benefits
Location: Reading (1 day per week)

The Product Manager will evolve the platform by delivering new functionality, improving customer experiences, and introducing AI-powered capabilities. The app is powered by data-rich API integrations that provide personalised content, financial information, and digital services to end users. Working closely with the CEO, engineering, design, and commercial teams, you’ll help shape product strategy, identify what customers need next, and bring new ideas to market quickly.
The AI Product Manager will:
- Own the roadmap and prioritisation for a white-labelled B2B2C mobile app.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to identify, validate, and prioritise new features and growth opportunities.
- Build business cases for new functionality, AI-powered capabilities, and product expansion initiatives.
- Drive the evolution of the platform through AI, personalisation, and new self-service propositions.
The AI Product Manager must have:
- Proven experience delivering successful; digital, SaaS, mobile, B2B, or B2B2C products.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers, APIs, and technical stakeholders.
- AI-literate, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, or mobile apps would be advantageous.
