Paid Media Executive | $60-80k | Global B2B Events | New York (Hybrid, 3 days) | JA9830

We are seeking a Paid Media Executive / Paid Social Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Paid Social and PPC campaigns promoting a range globally recognised B2B events spanning; Technology, FinTech, Gaming, Cyber Security and Marketing.

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
Location: New York (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

 The Paid Media Executive / Paid Social Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist will sit within a centralised digital marketing team, owning performance strategy and campaign delivery across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok to drive high-value event registrations and lead generation. Ticket values typically range from £2K–£5K+, with annual media budgets of £200K–£300K.

 

The Paid Media Executive / Paid Social Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist will:

  • Plan, build and optimise Paid Social and PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities to improve audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with wider digital marketing teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Support the achievement of lead generation and eCommerce revenue targets through data-driven decision making.

 

The Paid Media Executive / Paid Social Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist must have:

  • Experience managing Paid Social and/or PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, targeting optimisation and budget control.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel or similar reporting platforms.
