Senior Product Manager / Product Lead
Salary: £75000 – £85000
Remote / Hybrid role (optional) with office in London.
Senior Product Manager/ Product Lead needed by one of the UK’s largest MedTech and wellness companies who help children and young people with health issues. They work closely with the NHS and directly with patients and are also growing their B2B offering .The have nearly 300 staff and are rapidly growing as they help more young people with health and wellness problems in the UK and Internationally.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will work closely with different teams to support and maintain the services, resolving bugs and problems, and help drive new product development to deliver products that will bring true value, simplicity, and functionality to give customers a better life.
This will involve managing a range of stakeholder relationships, managing, and prioritising a backlog and working with a dedicated squad.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will:
* Lead the maintenance and improvement of the consumer facing platform.
* Lead a full stack squad to shape and execute a roadmap
* Develop new features in line with customer demand, by focusing on product discovery.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to create solutions that satisfy their needs.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will ideally have:
* Strong experience working as a Product Manager in a consumer facing (ideally content rich) environment, such as eCommerce, travel, hospitality, media, streaming services, entertainment, healthtech, fintech, utilities, etc.
* Experience working with high traffic consumer facing websites.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
* Able to shift priorities and focus on different tasks, depending on the products needs.
