VP marketing/ Head of Marketing / Marketing Director needed by a well-funded startup business who are experiencing rapid growth. Backed by a significant series A funding round, this company are ready to change how finances work altogether.
The VP marketing/ Head of Marketing / Marketing Director will be a playing a vital role as the company’s success has led to an increase in demand. This role also involves taking other businesses on a journey them through pilot study, global launch, and market scaling.
The early part of the role focussed on market creation and communications – highlighting a problem that’s well known but difficult to overcome iteratively, to the right customer groups within global financial services, while positioning this technology as the solution. It will then focus more on go-to-market strategy, product launch, product marketing and lead generation over time.
This is a small team of senior and experienced experts, you will define the strategy and execute hands-on without a direct team in the early days.
The VP marketing/ Head of Marketing / Marketing Director will:-
*Launch a brand engagement program, defining tone of voice and applying to collateral and digital experiences.
*Deliver a compelling narrative to clients, prospects, advisers, candidates, and employees.
*Build a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
*Lead the development of all brand campaigns.
*Work alongside the founders to drive the positioning and marketing
The VP marketing/ Head of Marketing / Marketing Director must have:-
*World-class experience innovating and disrupting software products (eg eCommerce, media, travel, entertainment, content streaming, mobile experience, etc)
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
*An deep understanding and knowledge of the financial investment sector.
*A passion for start-ups and self-driven to understand the underlying industry and trends.
*Strong communications skills and an excellent commercial understanding
