Senior Recruitment Consultant needed by privately owned, niche recruiter to win and deliver high value contingency and retained assignments.

Intelligent People are the market leader placing Product Managers and Marketing specialists within the Tech and Consumer Sectors – our Consultants are all functional specialists and so gain the benefit of being able to cross sell into an existing client base as well as receive a high level of qualified, inbound roles.

As part of our evolution, we have upskilled the team to win and deliver Executive Search assignments on a pan European level and are now seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who would like to move up the value chain.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will work as a functional specialist placing Senior and Executive level Marketing or Product professionals, as well as carve out a niche where they will be become a sector specialist and win and deliver Executive Search assignments.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will receive full training on our market and functional specialisms, be given existing Clients to manage and a fair share of inbound to help them build out their desk. In addition, we will help you identify a target market to develop your profile and win Executive Search assignments.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant must have:

*Excellent verbal and written English language skills
*At least 2 year’s successful recruitment experience
*The desire to win and deliver high value contingency and search assignments

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be expected to perform a 360* role and develop new business, although in the short term there is sufficient inbound for delivery to be the focus.
