Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead
Working for UK’s largest provider of education management software, the Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead role involves taking full accountability for the portfolio management, business case, competitive analysis, planning and performance of a product or product components in the portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of your users and driving the commercial success of your product through fresh, innovative thinking.

The Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead will:
*Define the vision, product strategy and roadmap for your product/service.
*Develop a deep understanding of the needs of your users and their pain-points based on market insights, user research and product analytics.
*Own and develop the roadmap and positioning.
*Prepare and presenting business cases.
*At times, act as product owner and work with the wider Agile team to ensure timely and effective delivery of new features.
*Define and report on product performance and commercial metrics.
*Manage the product through the lifecycle from concept through to delivery and maintenance.
*Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and effectively managing their expectations.
*Interfacing with non-technical teams (sales, marketing, and channel)
*Champion the product with users through webinars, events, and wider engagement
*Look for new and future trends in the market, competitive dynamics, and technology, to ensure that your product is leading the field.
Candidates for the Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead role must have:

*The ability to develop an expert understanding of the customer and market needs and champion these in the delivery of your products.
*Extensive experience of product evaluation, user experience, discovery, and prototyping
*Successful track record in managing the marketing mix to grow product adoption, usage, and advocacy in order to achieve commercial goals.
*Adept at developing a strong product strategy and product roadmap within a wider digital ecosystem.
*Proficient at developing analytics and presenting clear commercial data.
*The ability to influence across an organisation from senior management level to engineering, customer success and beyond.
