Senior Product Manager | PropTech | £65-75k + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (London)
A rapidly growing PropTech company with over 400K+ monthly visits is now looking to bring onboard a talented Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to own the 0-1 built of a new web app which will transform how landlords, tenants, and agents navigate their property journey.
Salary Package: £65-75k + 10% Bonus + Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid, Min 3 days per week in office)

Reporting directly to the CPTO, the Senior Product Manager / Product Manager will lead the 0-1 web app build and oversee the in-life website offering and will focus on the customer migration balancing ongoing user needs with future vision.
You’ll deliver a seamless, best-in-class digital experience across both platforms that boosts operational efficiency for landlords, speeds up process for estate agents and provides tenants with faster clarity and control.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Manager will:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the full 0-1 build, launch and scale of the web app.
- Lead value-driven discovery, gathering insights from a highly active user base.
- Shape and validate a new multi-user experience (landlords, tenants, buyers & sellers).
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and ops to launch early iterations visibly
- Manage platform migration strategy from current web to the new app-first experience over time.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Manager must have:
B2C/B2B2C experience, marketplaces, regulated industries or KYC conditions would be beneficial.
- Strong expertise in continuous discovery and data-driven decision making.
- Experience delivering NPD/0-1 product in high consumer environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to bring cross-functional teams together.
