I’m looking for a senior product manager / product lead / head of product for a health and wellbeing app start-up. They are scaling super quickly and forecast to be profitable by Q4. They’ve received funding offers but have used high profile crowd funding so far, and plan Series A later this year as they continue to grow globally.
They believe they can change the world by giving individuals a lifestyle upgrade and improving their health through an engaged community, app gamification, challenges and professional consultations. They need a senior product manager to make this happen. They have an incredibly engaged community who never want to leave.
They are fully remote, with a diverse team all over the world and need their first senior product manager / product lead / head of product will have massive impact. You’ll make big decisions, be super scrappy and be happy with complete autonomy. You will take risks; they need an experimenter – someone who will come up with ideas then and run with them.

The product lead / product manager / head of product will be responsible for:
. Executing and expand on their vision.
. Helping build and shape a product that will change lives.
. Building out a successful mobile app that people love all over the world.
. Normal product management stuff…roadmap prioritisation, define and analysing metrics, requirements gathering and defining, user testing.
The product lead / product manager / head of product will have:
. A track record of delivering and owning products for a fast-paced business.
. Launched a product – at work or at home. Eithers fine but you will have needed to have owned the whole thing.
. A passion for beautiful products – obsessing over simplicity, clarity and pixel perfection.
. The ability to move fast, using facts.
. Earned leadership.
