This home-based Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager / Technical Product Lead role is with a deep tech software business who are pushing the boundaries of a new pioneering technology category. Their software product enables Enterprise businesses to access real-time data and like never before, in turn driving further control over their operations.
The role is home based with occasional team meetups (likely Cambridge) when safe to do so. It is a senior sole contribution role, leading a squad to build/execute.
This new Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager / Technical Product Lead role be joining a forming Product Management function within a business as they now scale their product. The role will require experience of working on complex Data & Technical Software products, under a highly experience CPO who previously worked for high profile tech brands.
Your role as Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager / Technical Product Lead role will:
-Be responsible for the success of the product from initial concept and customer development through growth and scale of the customer ecosystems
-Be a trusted lead for your product making sure that engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams can work to a clear product vision and have what they need to make the right decisions
-Apply best practice product management processes to your work, introducing this approach to the team
This role of Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager / Technical Product Lead role will require the following experience:
-Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager working on any deep tech, data/analytics based, AI, ML or similar software product
-Strong technical competency with exposure to public and private clouds and cloud-native practices or Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
-Technical familiarity with modern distributed data products
-A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science
-Any IOT experience is an advantage but is not essential.
