Working for large UK consumer finance business, the Interim Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager role involves building and executing (with agency partners) acquisition and brand campaigns to engage and acquire new customers across the UK.

 

This contract role is OUTSIDE IR35 and is hybrid based, with 1-2 days per week in central London offices, possibly a little more during onboarding.

 

The Interim Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will:

  • To own lead generation targets, develop plans and drive ongoing improvements to meet those targets
  • To deliver digital marketing activities across search, social and third-party platforms.
  • To set-up and manage third-party partnerships such as aggregators and affiliations.
  • To deliver user journey and web-content enhancements that meets customers needs and drives performance.
  • To work collaboratively with our regional businesses, in terms of driving quality leads to them and also in gathering feedback from them to improve marketing performance.
  • To produce reports on marketing activity and against performance metrics, and use insights to inform wider marcomms initiatives (eg content development)

 

Candidates for the Interim Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager role must have:

  • Strong brand and acquisition marketing campaign experience in a consumer finance / financial services environment.
  • Experience planning, executing and optimising paid and paid social campaigns.
  • Any experience working with affiliates partners (eg price comparison) is an advantage.
  • Ideally experience in SEO / GEO and social media
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
