WHATS ON OFFER?
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for a large product set across multiple brands and tech platforms. You’ll help them develop their core proposition from a traditional transactional customer experience to a full-service relationship one.

They give full autonomy and the option to lead a team of PMs, allowing you implement best-in-class tech to roll out agile ways of working at scale. If you would prefer an Individual Contributor role, that’s available too – either way you’ll still be getting your hands dirty and seeing the benefits of your work.
The Product Lead / Senior Product Manager / Head of Product will be responsible for:
. Re-imagining the customer experiences to make complex journeys simplified.
. Bringing cutting edge tech to solve simple problems – think open banking, machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence.
. Aligning stakeholders, directing the product roadmap, prioritising features, and coordinating product schedules with wider business.
. Staying hands on – the role will come with line management of some senior / product managers but you’d still own elements of the product set.
The Product Lead / Senior Product Manager / Head of Product will:
. Have a strong background within product management in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, utilities, etc.
. Have delivered consumer products that drive real user value and business goals.
. Leveraged both UX and AB testing to find product/market fit.
. Create structure out of ambiguity
. Have a passion for beautiful products.
