Head of B2C Growth / Growth Marketing Leader needed by a rapidly growing tech scale up business who are service millions of users and have been cash positive for 2 years already.
Having expanded into almost 100 different countries, they are now looking for someone to head up their B2C acquisition marketing across the business worldwide.

Head of B2C Growth / Growth Marketing Leader will:
* Lead the B2C marketing team, championing strategic planning and hands-on execution.
* Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms such as; SEO, content, CRM, performance marketing, and social media.
* Manage and mentor a tightly knit but talented marketing team, fostering a high performance culture and continuous growth.
* Regularly assess, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on ad spend.

Head of B2C Growth / Growth Marketing Leader must have:
* Proven experience as a Growth Marketer within a B2C scale up / start up environment.
* Demonstrated success in hands-on execution of marketing strategies, showcasing the ability to manage key marketing initiatives and campaigns directly.
* Experience in managing marketing budgets over 2 million EUR.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns efficiently.
