This isn’t a traditional performance marketing role, we’re looking for someone who gets excited by testing and exploring new opportunities for how to grow across digital channels.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
·Innovating user acquisition strategies for our paid and partnership channel
·Creating smart, science-driven A/B test plans with the intention of growth hacking channels and driving customers to websites at scale
·Understanding and positively influencing key performance indicators beyond revenue; such as acquiring new vs existing customers, CVR, AOV & maximising full price sales
·Working closely with senior stakeholders and wider marketing team on overall marketing strategy
The Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager will have:
·3 years + strong acquisition marketing experience, and a previous role in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
·A love for analysing and understanding data and turning it into actionable insights that effectively drive customer acquisition numbers
·Great stakeholder management skills
·Candidates may come from any sector, such as retail, ecommerce, travel, media, new media, gaming, start-up, fintech, EdTech, Proptech, etc
