Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Manager / Acquisition Manager needed by a DTC premium pet brand who have already been dubbed as the UK fastest growing startup company for pets.
After a significant funding round backed by some of the biggest VCs in the industry, they’re now in need for a hands-on Growth Marketer to work cross functionally with highly experienced founders and world-class agencies, within a dynamic and fun growth team.
The Head of Performance Marketing / Acquisition Lead / Head of Paid Social will:-
* Own key growth channels- customer value, organic, referral.
* Build end-to-end customer journeys.
* Evaluate customer behaviour
* Establish ongoing A/B testing while collaborating with the wider marketing team and agencies.
The Head of Performance Marketing / Acquisition Lead / Head of Paid Social must have:-
* Proven experience within a growth marketing role. Preferably DTC subscription startup/ scale up business.
* A strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
* A creative problem-solver’s attitude and the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
* Knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
* Good understanding of customer segmentation and data analysis.
