We’re looking for a Fractional Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Fractional Senior Product Manager to join a global HR-tech wellbeing platform. The mission-driven company delivers wellbeing services directly to businesses through licensed psychologists, integrated with a digital B2B SaaS platform.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day platform operations, leading UX/UI and tech improvements through sprints based on user feedback. The Fractional Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Fractional Senior Product Manager will work 2 days per/week on a contract basis, making this role perfect for those looking to explore fractional work to fit around other responsibilities. The role is also fully remote, and outside IR35, offering great flexibility for working arrangements.
The Fractional Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Fractional Senior Product Manager will:
* Develop, scope and define backlog items that guide the Agile software development team.
* Refine and prioritise backlog and set sprint goals.
* Develop user stories used to define acceptance criteria.
* Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
* Work closely with the tech team to prioritise roadmap in accordance with technical capabilities.
* Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and deliver Product valuation to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Fractional Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Fractional Senior Product Manager must:
* Have experience as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS product.
* Be able to work 2 days per week for the duration of the contract.
* Possess the technical expertise to work closely with the tech lead and be able to communicate technical details in simple language to non-technical stakeholders.
* Be willing to work hands-on with the platform, rather than delegating to direct reports.
This role is fully remote, 2 days per week and outside IR35.
