**INTERIM FRACTIONAL HEAD OF PRODUCT CONTRACT OUTSIDE IR35**
Working for a scaling and fast-paced consumer Fintech brand, the Interim Fractional Head of Product / Contract Senior Product Manager / Interim Lead Product Manager role involves supporting a small team (1 Senior Product Manager and 1 Designer) for 1 to 1.5 days per week during a period of maternity leave.
The strategy and roadmap are in place, this role involves coaching and helping the team to deliver on the roadmap, helping to unblock problems/challenges and managing senior stakeholder relationships across the business.
The Interim Fractional Head of Product / Contract Senior Product Manager / Interim Lead Product Manager is a fractional interim role and is OUTSIDE IR35. It is mostly remote, with one day per month at their central London offices, for team/update meetings.
The Interim Fractional Head of Product / Contract Senior Product Manager / Interim Lead Product Manager must have:
– Strong product management experience in a fast-paced delivery environment (start-up, scale-up, agency or similar)
– Experience managing and coaching a small team (1 – 5 people ideally)
– Comfort being hands-on, working through detailed problems with the team
– Ideally experience of consumer products, apps or services (B2B will also be considered)
– Ideally experience in a financial services, regulated environment
