We’re partnering with an established and incredibly well-regarded membership organisation on the hire of a Director of Digital, Transformation and Innovation. The role will have responsibility for the development and implementation of business transformation, information technology and data services throughout the organisation, setting the vision and drawing stakeholders together on this journey.
You’ll be joining an organisation comprised of several entities each providing support and information to a critically important service within our society. The role of Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation / Director of Digital Product and Innovation / Digital Transformation Director is a new appointment to the Executive team and will have full leadership responsibility for the digital transformation strategy and the positive impact it will bring to the members.
Role responsibilities as Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation / Director of Digital Product and Innovation / Digital Transformation Director:
*Develop programmes to implement transformational change which will enable the organisation to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centred
*Develop, manage, monitor and implement the group’s digital strategy in line with organisational values, objectives and priorities
*Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members
*Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities
Role requirements as Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation / Director of Digital Product and Innovation / Digital Transformation Director:
*You’ll bring experience of designing, owning and evaluating organisational transformations and delivering large scale change that add value from data and information
*Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership to large complex organisations
*Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
*Experience of working at Senior Manager / Director level in a large complex organisation leading on digital and information services
*You’ll have a recognised programme management qualification, experience of robustly managing large budgets and have built processes and people teams to deliver digital change and transformation for the future
