CTO / CPTO | Tech4Good | £120–150k + Benefits | Hampshire (Hybrid)
We’re supporting a Tech4Good organisation who put people’s long-term wellbeing at the heart of their mission. They are seeking a CTO / CPTO to lead the next phase of strategic transformation, embedding technology and data as true drivers of growth and customer value.

This is a high-impact role leading global IT, data, and infrastructure teams (including 10 UK direct reports). The remit is to be hands-on shaping and deliver a forward-looking technology and product strategy that accelerates profitable growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
The CTO / CPTO will:
- Build and execute a technology and data roadmap.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, embedding technology as a core enabler of growth.
- Champion digital transformation across; cloud and core system offerings and IT service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop global IT and data teams.
The CTO / CPTO must:
- Proven track record of technology transformation in complex B2B/B2C businesses.
- Have a hands-on and ‘get stuff done’ approach to working.
- Have excellent stakeholder management to collaborate on problem-identification and solution construction.
- A commercial mindset.
