Working for a scaling SaaS analytics software vendor that is part of a large global resources group, the Customer Success Manager / B2B Client Success Manager will work to retain and grow the client base for their flagship product (B2B SaaS platform). This will involve being clients’ primary point of contact, building strong relationships with them and ensuring that they understand how to use the SaaS platform in the most optimum way for themselves.
Key events and conferences promise lots of exposure to potential clients, so the Customer Success Manager / B2B Client Success Manager should be a proactive player who can identify opportunities to attend and present at. Alongside developing content for such presentations, the Customer Success Manager / B2B Client Success Manager will log client insights and track important data/analytics to then deliver to the product and sales teams.
This role will require working in the company’s offices (Victoria, London) 5 days per week with occasional global travel for events (2-3 trips per year).
Candidates for the Customer Success Manager / B2B Client Success Manager role will:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.
- Track usage data and lead conversion to deliver key insights to product and sales teams.
- Identify potential events, panel, keynote, and speaking opportunities.
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep an ongoing log of customer engagement.
- Conduct strong market research, identifying gaps to help product and sales develop differentiation messaging.
- Work with internal experts and leaders to develop content for case studies, presentations, and white papers to support marketing efforts.
Candidates for the Customer Success Manager / B2B Client Success Manager role must have:
- Shipping background.
- Strong experience in a customer success (or similar) role in B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage clients.
- Excellent literacy and written English to write compelling content.
- Ability to travel to SW London for work every day + comfortable travelling internationally (about 2-3 trips a year, likely Europe).
