Working for a global B2B product brand that sells to SMBs and enterprise, the Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead is the perfect role for a commercially minded candidate who can re-energise how a century-old company and its products show up within the market.
Following a series of acquisitions, the business is entering a transformation within its marketing capability, so the Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead will need to be able to, both, set and deliver a solid brand strategy that will accelerate the pace of this journey.
This role will require 1 day per week in London and 1 day per 2 weeks in their West Midlands office. The role is officially home-based, so any travel or accommodation will be covered.
The Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead will:
- Broadly focus on brand and communications campaigns, offline, across digital and websites and work with the digital channel team.
- Review and fix problems with campaign performance, especially offline.
- Set up and initiate CRM campaigns to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Develop ABM strategies, working with sales teams to target and create high value enterprise accounts.
- Build the brand in the UK and initiate brand campaigns, building the brand strategy.
- Manage a team of 4 (campaign manager, email and automation manager, content Exec, product marketing manager (to be hired)).
Candidates for the Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead role must have:
- Strong B2B marketing experience.
- Background in large companies with advanced marketing environments – like software, IT services, telecoms, professional services.
- Strategy and execution experience.
- Broad experience across brand, campaigns, communications, CRM, ideally ABM, sales enablement.
- Any transformation experience is ideal – implementing marketing tech, digital transformation, building digital channel, etc.
