Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer (Post Booking Experience) needed by leading eCommerce brand within the live entertainment sector.

The Senior Product Designer will work with the product & engineering team to shape and build an amazing post booking experience for millions of customers across the UK & USA.

The Senior Product Designer (Post-Booking Experience) will:

• Lead the design for the complete post booking journey for both the proprietary ticketing platform as well as their marketplace offering – this will include user flows & information architecture as well as how to incorporate loyalty programmes, subscription based offerings and the overall design of the “my account” section
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure the designs align with business, customer, and technical objectives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and guide design decisions with clear rationale and supporting data
• Use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform and refine design choices.
• Continuously test and iterate on design concepts to validate ideas and improve the user experience
• Develop design documentation, including user flows, wire frames & prototypes
• Play an active role in evolving and maintaining the design system

The Senior Product Designer must have:

• Proven experience in full life cycle product design for a high volume eCommerce business
• Expertise in post booking or purchase features such as “my account”, user profile management, loyalty programs, up selling or subscription-based offerings
• Full life cycle product design for responsive / mobile web applications
• Proven ability in service design and systemic thinking, as well as using design systems
• Experience creating prototypes, wire frames, and documenting findings for stakeholders
• User centric design skills and mindset as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
