Working for a well-established business who have a number of well-known brands and are launching more, the Head of SEO / SEO Director / Senior Manager Natural Search role involves full responsibility for SEO performance across the group.

 

This will include technical SEO, SEO research and content, working alongside technical and content teams.

 

You’ll also own all SEO reporting and analysis, constantly monitoring performance and regularly reporting  SEO metrics to key stakeholders across the business.

 

This is a hybrid/Central London role.

 

The Head of SEO / SEO Director / Senior Manager Natural Search will:

  • Develop the SEO strategy to drive performance of SEO rankings across the portfolio.
  • Lead a small SEO team, including coaching and development to create a world class SEO team with outstanding performance.
  • Although leading the SEO strategy, you’ll also be very hands on, working closely with content teams, coaching them on SEO principles and editing copy where needed.
  • Own SEO analysis and reporting, obsessing about SEO performance and communicating progress and action points to a variety of stakeholders.

 

Candidates for the Head of SEO / SEO Director / Senior Manager Natural Search role must have:

  • Very strong experience in a senior SEO role, leading a small team but also being very hands on.
  • Strong understanding of all SEO levers, including technical SEO, SEO content optimisation, SEO research, etc.
  • Experience in a consumer of B2B environment, whether agency side or client/industry side.
  • A strong bias for action and rapid execution, comfort in a fast paced delivery environment.
  • Strong comfort with data and use of data to make informed decisions & guesses. Experience producing and reporting SEO metrics to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
