VP Growth / Digital Marketing Director / Ecommerce Marketing Leader needed by a premium ecommerce business who are rapidly scaling and expanding their reach globally. Perfectly positioned at the cross-section between wellness and premium, their brand is seeing extraordinary growth numbers and a thriving customer base.
The rapid growth has created a need for a Marketing Leader to join the business in order to expand their presence and customer base globally.
The VP Growth / Digital Marketing Director / Ecommerce Marketing Leader will:-
* Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across all platforms. With a specific focus on paid media channels.
* Manage daily operations across digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
* Line manage a team of small yet talented marketers.
* Identify new opportunities, target audiences, and channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
The VP Growth / Digital Marketing Director / Ecommerce Marketing Leader must have:-
* Proven experience growing an ecommerce consumer brand. Additional bonus if internationally.
* Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
* Comfortable in a fast growing, unstructured start-up environment.
* Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
