A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Manager to work for a large, high-profile health-tech brand. The company offer consumer health services that provide personalised care, addressing the needs of tens of millions of patients, and are a leading force for pioneering great health services.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will take ownership of the commercial marketing and the strategy and implementation of all business development marketing initiatives. You’ll be hands-on, working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You’ll also manage a Digital Marketing Exec, so this is a great opportunity for someone to move into their first managerial role.

This is a hybrid role based in London going into the office 1-2 days per week.

The Commercial Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Manager will:

*Lead and deliver B2G (business to government) integrated marketing campaigns with the target of acquiring, nurturing and retaining customers.
*Manage the process, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns which supports sales targets.
*Develop a thorough understanding of sales targets, strategies and priorities to help shape campaigns and messaging.
*Maintain a detailed understanding of contract performance, working quickly and creatively to put marketing tactics in place to achieve the desired results.
*Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to align email activity and paid digital activity (social, search) with commercial marketing campaigns
*Work with the User Marketing Lead to create compelling marketing content across a range of formats to support campaigns, including web, video and print
*Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies
*Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web breakdown, ROI and evaluation of KPIs.
*Collate and utilise data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
*Manage and deliver marketing events including trade shows, webinars and networking events
*Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
*Develop close working relationships with the Director of Government Services and Sales Team
*Respond tactically to support accelerated growth within B2G especially adult services.
*Coordinate production of sales collateral/assets.

The Commercial Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Manager should have/be:

*A couple of years of experience in a marketing role, having worked with software or product with a fairly long sale-cycle (this could be SAAS, enterprise software, services or similar)
*Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
*Proven working experience building lead pipeline / lead generation and nurturing
*Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media ads and/or display advertising campaigns
*Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
*Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
*Ideally experience using Hubspot or similar CRM
