A Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager needed by a high growth AI first publishing automation business with an established global client base.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager will report into the Head of Product, assisting in the delivery of product strategy & roadmap for the business.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager will take full ownership of one of their newest products, working closely with the Software Engineers and Data Scientists to define and execute on the future path for their products. The business already has a global footprint, working with some of the world’s most prestigious brands.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager will be responsible for:

*Leading strategy and roadmap for one of their newest products
*Leading the cross functional product squad
*Helping to shape the Product Management direction by mentoring/coaching colleagues and playing a leading role in defining overall product strategy
*Understanding the market and user requirements in depth to identify opportunities & build business cases
*Determining customers’ needs in a data-driven way and translate feedback into actionable insights for further developing the product
*Measuring the impact of product features, decide how to measure whether something is a success or a failure and provide insights to inform future iteration

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager will have:

*Experience in a B2B SaaS business ideally, AI exp a bonus
*Experience at a start-up or scale-up is helpful
*Experience coaching/mentoring junior colleagues
*A results and data driven mindset, a self-starter that is excellent at multi-tasking
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
