Working for a high profile Edtech business which helps young people around the world learn and develop skills in specific areas of tech, the Senior Product Manager / Head of Product SAAS / Product Lead EdTech role involves leading a small team with full ownership of the roadmap and direction of the product.
The Senior Product Manager / Head of Product SAAS / Product Lead EdTech is ideally a hybrid role with some time in the Oxfordshire offices, but can potential to be fully remote/home based.
The Senior Product Manager / Head of Product SAAS / Product Lead EdTech will:
-Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to create product plans and roadmaps that support the delivery and exploitation of the Go to Market strategy.
-Lead the existing product team whilst scaling the function to support our ambitious product goals.
-Work across the company to create and refine product processes and minimise waste; ensuring that they are operating as an efficient, product led business.
-Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features of the products.
-Own product innovation by managing the synthesis of your own ideas with those of design and engineering to make sure that we remain one step ahead of the competition.
-Make creative recommendations to expand our product base and vision.
Candidates for the Senior Product Manager / Head of Product SAAS / Product Lead EdTech role must have:
-Strong product management in a SAAS software environment, ideally B2B2C (ie, Edtech, Healthtech, Gaming, White Label software, Proptech, HR tech, booking platforms, etc) although this is not essential.
-Previous experience managing a small team is desirable but not essential providing you’re ready to take on this responsibility.
-Strong experience prioritising a roadmap, making trade offs, etc.
-Strong experience managing a broad range of stakeholder relationships, including managing expectations and why some features are prioritised above others.
