Head of Product
£90-100k + 20% bonus

I am looking for a Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager for a hyper growth, B2B Saas scale up. They have just doubled in size over the last 24 months with c200 employees.
year.

They are a fun, close team who are going through significant growth and they need a new experienced product leader talent to take them to the next stage. You will be comfortable running a team and hiring further as the business grows.

You’d get to make your mark by implementing best practice processes, mentoring and developing a team of high performing PMs as well as defining and executing your product strategy.

What the Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will be doing:
. Lead, coach and mentor the Product team
. Foster the product culture & craft
. Establish & align the cross-team strategies and plans to maximise impact
. Enhance how the team communicates & collaborates
. Develop industry and market contacts & relationships

What Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will bring:
. Demonstrable experience as a product leader.
. Experience in SaaS / website product development, from ideation through to go-to-market launch
. Experience coaching and developing a high-performing product team to deliver impact
. Strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to move easily between strategy and detailed planning
. Experience in setting & delivering against clear and compelling goals and targets; being familiar with OKRs would be an advantage
