We place executive level positions on a retained basis, where we split the recruitment fee into 3 different stages: on engagement, on shortlist, and on placement. Doing this, allows us to dedicate the necessary time to competitor research and headhunting the best candidates.

Whilst most of the employers we work with are based in London, the rise of remote and hybrid working has opened the candidate pool for headhunting purposes to across the whole of the UK, and into Europe and North America.
