The role of Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager will join a New Venture team, working in partnership with an established business. The opportunity offers an experienced digital marketing expert the perfect mix of freedom to develop and implement your own strategy, test, fail, learn and optimise, yet you’ll be working with the support of an impressive Leadership team.

The role of Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager would be the perfect move for an ambitious individual looking for the opportunity to build digital marketing capability ground up.

Your role will be responsible for:

*Driving revenue through customer acquisition

*Segment and target the customers and choose how to best reach out to them, working in conjunction with the Brand Manager.

*Devise the onsite and offsite SEO strategy (potentially with an agency) and work quickly with content producers and other partners to produce the content and links needed to grow SEO value.

*Test paid channels (Adwords, Facebook, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates) to learn what works and continue to scale and optimise the ones that do.

*Investigate offline channels

*Monitor performance of all channels, working with the data analyst to get to a robust customer acquisition cost, report on ROI and continue to optimise spend to ensure you support the business in reaching revenue and profit targets.

*Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything the business does by developing an in-depth understanding of who they are and how they act.

To be considered for the role of Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager you will demonstrate much of the following:

*You have several years’ experience of digital customer acquisition experience, ideally working in fast-paced digital businesses.

*You have a sound knowledge of growing demand for a brand using SEO, Paid digital channels and ideally some offline experience. You can demonstrate how you’ve delivered tangible results in the past.

*You are comfortable being part of a new role in a new business with a lot of ambiguity and you have a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering results

*You’re highly organised and can work on multiple projects and take on multiple responsibilities at the same time and keep on delivering

*You have an excellent combination of creative and analytical skills. The ability to analyse data sets and use numbers to make recommendations, but also to assess brilliant creative work.

*You have a broad range of marketing skills and haven’t yet specialised in any one area. You don’t mind putting your mind to new things and learning quickly in order to get the job done.

*You enjoy working in a small and growing team and prefer dealing with people face to face rather than email.
