We’re hiring a Head of Digital Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Performance Marketing for a leading digital payments business based in West London. 2019 will bring new innovations for their digital payment products and the resulting customer experience.
With an established digital marketing team to manage and digital marketing channel channels in place the company are now looking for a Head of Digital Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Performance Marketing to own the digital marketing strategy across all earned, owned and paid channels as well as supporting existing Sales channels through value proposition, pricing, and promotional strategies.
As Head of Digital Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Performance Marketing you will sit right in the centre of the business’ digital transformation with responsibility for:
Setting the channel targets and translating the broader marketing objectives into value driving activity through digital marketing channels
Providing strategic direction for the development of all digital assets across the website, email, social, paid search, SEO, blogs, infographics and any other digital activity
Creating, owning and implementing the 1-3yr digital marketing strategy
The implementation of trigger-based email programmes to leverage the automation platform and enhance customer experience through the full customer lifecycle
Working on developing Paid Media channels to maximise brand awareness and drive traffic, driving down acquisition cost.
Growing the business’ organic market share working with internal development team and external agencies.
As Head of Digital Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Performance Marketing you will be able to provide expertise in the following areas:
Paid Media as the business reinvent the way they leverage Paid Media within the business.
Know how to set a confident CPA, how to track spend to value creation
Earned Media to build the brand promise and lower acquisition costs through customer engagement
Owned Media using channels such as the blog, social media, the website and SEO activities to create stories which will drive traffic and extend brand presence
Have managed a team, setting a clear vision to drive strong performance metrics
Worked within a digital business as they scale or start-up environment
Strong analytical skills and an enjoyment of working with data to drive your decisions and set a vision
Sector experience is not as important as your digital marketing and leadership skills but knowledge of marketing to the SME market would be particularly useful.
