A Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager needed by a high growth AI Powered B2B MarTech start-up.
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will initially be the sole Product hire reporting directly to the CEO & CTO, you’ll oversee the product strategy & roadmap for the business, helping their customers to engage new audiences using AI technology.

The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will take ownership of the product strategy & oversee delivery. You will lead the research to definition, manage key senior stakeholders, from design to delivery. With a full engineering & development team based in house, you will really need to hit the ground running.
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
*The overall product strategy and roadmap for their flagship products & develop the whole product portfolio
*Lead the data analysis and turn into actionable insights that will shape the product development
*Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating and influencing across the whole business
*Creating high quality user stories, manage product backlog & lead sprint planning and scoping sessions
*Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for the customers
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will have:
*Experience in a B2B SaaS MarTech business ideally
*Experience at a start-up or scale-up is a bonus
*Experience managing/leading a team
*A results and data driven mindset, a self-starter that is excellent at multi-tasking
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
