A Senior CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Lead / CRM Planner is needed by high growth national business based in Watford.
The Senior CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Lead / CRM Planner will be given the opportunity to own and implement the entire CRM strategy, with the mission to increase targeted engagement, customer lifetime value and retention. You will take full ownership of CRM from lifecycle comms, through to re-engagement and growth.
Senior CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Lead / CRM Planner will:
* Define and deliver the CRM strategy
* Gain understanding of customer needs through insight, segmentation & data analysis
* Develop and deliver campaigns, communications & site content
* Drive data analysis and apply Test & Learn principles to CRM
* Develop the loyalty and retention offering
* Devise a customer retention strategy
Senior CRM Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Lead / CRM Planner must have:
* Strong CRM Marketing experience from any industry such as Marketplace, eCommerce, subscription platforms, B2C, FMCG, Travel, Media, Consumer Goods etc.
* 4+ years’ experience with CRM and implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns
* Proven success in delivering growth via CRM
* Experience driving customer insights from data and analytics
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* A sense of ownership and pride in your performance
* Influence and manage Stakeholders
