VP Growth / Global Head of Growth / VP Marketing needed by a Health Tech organisation who are dominating their sector with a small head count and are doubling their growth every year.
Currently operating across the UK and US, they have already been successful in offering a personalised, end-to-end healthcare experience for over 2 Million people.
You’ll be owning the growth of the business on a global scale from day one and will work hand in hand with the CEO while having the ownership and the autonomy to fully drive the exponential growth of the business.
VP Growth / Global Head of Growth / VP Marketing will:-
*Craft a growth strategy that scales the business to the next level.
*Lead the team to drive full-funnel acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing channels
*End-to-end ownership of growth channels including paid social, paid search, CRM, CRO, SEO and affiliates.
*Own and lead CRM to drive conversion and retention.
*Explore, strategize, and execute emerging channel opportunities that have not yet been tested, supporting broader goal of channel diversification.
*Lead, develop, and create a culture of testing and experimentation.
VP Growth / Global Head of Growth / VP Marketing must have:-
*Proven experience growing out and scaling a brand across any sector such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships and channel marketing.
*Great campaign management.
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
