We’re working with an award-winning online consumer products business with exciting growth plans. Joining as Head of Product Management you’ll lead an established, but evolving, digital product management team which sits right at the heart of the business, driving decisions which will have a direct result on success.

As Head of Product Management, you’ll continue to develop an incredibly talented Product Management team, providing them with the tools and vision to deliver great digital product experiences.

The role of Head of Product Management will:
– Work closely with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to drive growth through digital product development and optimisation
– Set the product vision for the end to end digital product, working with your team to identify and set outcomes based on customer and commercial goals
– Develop a best practice product management function capable of further accelerating company growth through driving great processes
– Drive smart discovery and prioritisation
– Set clear measures of success, then closing the loop by measuring impact – ensuring that we’re always learning
– Advocate user-centred product thinking across the company, and contribute to continuous improvement in ways of working

We’re looking for a passionate, curious and empathetic Head of Product Management who gets a kick out of solving varied problems in a highly collaborative environment. The role of Head of Product Management will be perfect for you if:

– You have managed a Digital Product Management team within an online Consumer business
– You have previously worked on similar, complex digital service or eCommerce products
– You embrace variety, thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing agile environment, and are able to manage self-development
– You are excited to better understand both customers’ needs through continuous discovery efforts, as well as evolving business objectives
– You’re a shrewd and commercially minded decision maker, with an ability to break down problems, balancing creativity with highly analytical thinking
– You’re team spirited, and always willing to get stuck in and still be accountable for delivering great product
– You have experience running testing activity, including working knowledge of A/B and MVT techniques and analytics tools
