A Partnerships Manager / Partnerships Lead / Senior Partnerships Manager is required by a rapidly-growing B2C Insur-tech start-up.

The Partnerships Manager / Partnerships Lead / Senior Partnerships Manager will develop, prioritise and launch a best in class partnerships strategy. You’ll be supporting business growth, strengthening current partnerships and engaging with new relations. This company has successfully disrupted the Insur-tech industry and recently secured a successful funding round for their next stage of growth.

The Partnerships Manager / Partnerships Lead / Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:

* Partnering with high potential prospects to drive rapid business growth

* Identifying potential investment and partnership opportunities

* Working with internal stakeholders to better understand the wider business and its drivers

* Creating and owning the UK & International partnerships strategy for their product offering

* Working closely with the Product team to continuously improve and evolve our proposition to partners

* Constantly looking to improve business processes to drive growth and ensure smooth adoption and onboarding of clients

The Partnerships Manager / Partnerships Lead / Senior Partnerships Manager will have:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Partnerships or Account Development position within a Digital/Online environment

* Strong partnerships / business development/ sales experience

* Outstanding communication skills

* A track record of driving growth for a tech company is desired

* Highly motivated, results-oriented and have a clear focus on business growth

* Strong commercial acumen and business judgement

* A University degree or equivalent
