A Digital Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Customer Engagement Manager is needed by a fast growing and high energy b2b2c player in a really unique field.

The Digital Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for improving the customer experience and in turn ensure a longer lifetime value. Joining an innovative team; this role will drive revenue growth and end-user engagement across a portfolio of services

The Digital Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Customer Engagement Manager will:

*Map the end to end customer journey including CRM, onsite messaging and SMS journeys
* Drive Sales and traffic through subscription campaigns
*Develop a strategic approach to Conversion Rate Optimisation and the User Experience
*Be a Marketing Automation expert – preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
*Manage a small CRM/Automation team
*Manage the set-up, scheduling, A/B testing for all campaigns across multiple channels
*Work with 3rd parties to ensure upsell of product through marketing channels
*Build the user journey and ensure continual improvement of metrics via post campaign reporting and analysis
The Digital Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Customer Engagement Manager must have:
*At least 2 years’ experience working in automation across the customer journey / sales funnel
*Experience managing end to end optimisation testing processes including prioritisation, requirements gathering and A/B testing.
*Proficient in online tools including Automation tools, CRM platforms, testing tools and data insight platforms. – HTML, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar tool), Advanced Excel and ideally Creative Cloud too
*Strong content and Campaign Management skills
*Very strong analytical skills using data to drive performance.
It would be preferable for the Digital Marketing Manager CRM Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager (CRO) / Customer Engagement Manager to have experience within a high growth digital environment.
