Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager needed by seed funded start-up who will be raising series A funding next year.
The Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager will report to the exec team and have complete ownership of the product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
As the first product person on board one of the key tasks will be to bring order and structure to BAU and prioritise the next 6 months work, then work with customers to understand future needs and bring them into the roadmap.
The Client has been established for 4 years, employs c.25 people (inc dev) and provide a platform for on-line coaching, performance management and enablement to some of the best known brands in the UK; the introduction of home / hybrid working has created a great opportunity for growth.
The Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager will:
·Own the product strategy, roadmap and backlog
·Assess and prioritise MVPs for rollout
·Work with customers and conduct research to uncover needs, create user stories and epics
·Build an experiment roadmap to test new ideas
·Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand the current and future landscape
Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager must have:
·Strong SaaS product management experience
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
·Worked with or for an early stage start up or fast growing organisation
If the Senior SaaS Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / B2B Product Manager has experience of a similar type of product or HR related tech it would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
