I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager to work with one of the UK’s number one challenger automotive ecommerce platforms. There is a lot of competition in the market with Carwow and Cazoo focussing on new/nearly new cars but little innovation for affordable used cards – that’s where you and these guys come in.
You’ll be developing consumer and dealer customer journeys – ensuring they are straightforward, enjoyable and jam packed with all the right information for making such a big decision.
They give full autonomy, letting PMs do proper product management making data based decisions. There’ll be a big focus on customer experience and UX, constantly striving to deliver small increments of value, to achieve this, you’ll get to see your ideas carried out from start to finish.
You’ll get to join a household name with a brand new PE owner, so there will be significant investment in to business innovation to drive growth.

The Senior Product Manager will:
* Manage the development, implementation, and full lifecycle of products
* Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
* Work closely with various stakeholders across UX, Tech, Dev, Engineering and Design in an agile environment
* Carry out in-depth analysis using A/B and MVT testing and defining KPI’s
* Provide user and data-led insight to help shape the roadmap
* Ensure that the customer is at the centre of all decisions
* Create best-in-class products and features
The Senior Product Manager must:
* Have a strong background within product management in any consumer sector (I.e., eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, etc)
* Be a commercially aware decision maker
* Understand and identify consumer needs by demonstrating empathy towards the customer
* Be creative, innovative, and curious
* Have demonstrable experience with a high profile, mass consumer product
* Have experience of working in a fast moving, agile environment
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels and influence at a high level and able to make a real impact
