Mobile App Product Manager / Senior B2C Product Manager / IOT Product Manager needed by a leading energy provider.
Over the next 3 years they plan to lead on the pivot to renewable energy sources for all and you’ll be at the forefront of this. The Mobile App Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / IOT Product Manager will develop to the product vision, strategy and delivery of a mobile app used by over 10,000 customers!
Salary Package: £70-75k + 10% Bonus
Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
The Mobile App Product Manager / Senior B2C Product Manager / IOT Product Manager will work alongside a wider tech team of 20 to the develop their core proposition from a traditional transactional customer experience to a full-service, sticky relationship one across web, app, CRM and their marketplace.
The Mobile App Product Manager / Senior B2C Product Manager / IOT Product Manager will:
– Lead the full cycle product management for their brand-new product set and cross functional teams.
– Use insights, data, market potential, trends, problems, and opportunities to develop a product vision and strategy.
– Demonstrate the product strategy is aligned to achieve the business strategy.
– Ensure user centred principles are applied in product design and development.
– Facilitate discussions around discovery and test and learn process to validate or kill ideas using data and insight driven decision making.
– Own the development and overhaul of the consumer mobile apps.
– Work collaboratively with IT in order to continuously test and optimise new and existing features.
– Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
The Mobile App Product Manager / Senior B2C Product Manager / IOT Product Manager must:
– Have a strong background within product management in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, utilities, etc.
– Have experience building and managing cross-functional teams/squads.
– Have a data-driven mentality and excellent communication skills.
– Have leveraged both user experience and AB testing to find product/market fit.
– Create structure out of ambiguity and have a pragmatic “can do” and “make it happen” attitude in a collaborative way.
If the Mobile App Product Manager / Senior B2C Product Manager / IOT Product Manager has mobile app experience it would be advantageous but not a necessity.
