Senior Product & Propositions Manager – Online Consumer Services

We’re working with a Consumer Services business whose proposition enables millions of online customers to effectively manage their everyday household bills. Having recently undergone a level of technical transformation the business is now able to drive innovation into the digital products and services and hiring a Senior Product Manager / Senior Product & Propositions Manager – Online Consumer Services to take charge of one Product vertical.

You’ll be leading a product squad relating to one of the consumer services and have responsibility for the digital product experience along with the holistic proposition, everything from how it stacks up from a price and commercial perspective to how the hardware is supported and managed.

You’ll be working with a superstar Product leader and an established but evolving product management function. The role will allow you to have immediate impact on the customer experience and business growth.

The role of Senior Product Manager / Senior Digital Propositions Manager will:
*Own the digital consumer service proposition, taking the digital product experience forward and playing an instrumental role in building out the complete product strategy
*Develop the product vision, building and iterating on a product roadmap to deliver a richer consumer experience
*Drive direction into the mobile hardware strategy based on pitfalls and opportunities
*Identify opportunity to drive automation into the end-to-end delivery and management of the proposition
*Work with your digital product squad and cross functional stakeholder teams to deliver again your roadmap and vision
*Create and own the reporting and measures of success

Experience required for the role of Senior Product Manager / Senior Digital Propositions Manager will include:
*Success within a Senior Product Management position with ownership of an E2E B2C consumer proposition
*You will have been responsible for creating the product vision and delivering through a test and learn approach
*You worked in an environment which requires a scrappy approach at times in order to identify the correct approach and next step
*You’ll be commercially minded and been responsible for the development of the holistic proposition in which the core digital product and service sits
*A background working on a digital consumer service incorporating hardware and software would be a benefit
