Working for a global holiday & travel brand, the Senior Product Manager (Booking / Ticketing Platform integrations) role involves working with a multi-disciplined team to build booking integrations with partners to give clear inventory catalogue visibility, while considering complex pricing, promotions and reconciliation requirements.

 

This contract role is OUTSIDE IR35 and is for 6 months initially with strong likelihood of extension. The role is hybrid/London, with 1 or 2 days per week in central London.

 

The Senior Product Manager (Booking / Ticketing Platform integrations) will:

  • Understand, align and document the integral role of third-party product inventory to the platform.
  • Document business requirements for different commercial, operational, and trading levers.
  • Understand and document requirements for inventory acquisition, pricing, promotion and other nuances.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to discover, define and deliver an integration solution.
  • Collaborate with other Product teams to understand use cases and dependencies
  • Work closely with Engineering colleagues to build and execute the product backlog, including creation, validation and estimation of user stories
  • Build positive and productive relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring value is delivered for the business and partners

 

Candidates for the Senior Product Manager (Booking / Ticketing Platform integrations) role must have:

  • Strong product management experience in a large consumer booking/ticketing environment (travel, entertainment, hotels, holidays, etc).
  • Previous experience owing a roadmap for booking, or ticketing integrations in large scale, ideally global, consumer booking environments (such as holidays, airline seats, hotel rooms, travel, hospitality, entertainment etc).
  • Strong experience understanding the requirements of different stakeholders and turning these into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to work with technical, commercial and third party stakeholders.
