Working for an exciting high-profile media & broadcasting company that provides content to millions of people across the globe, the Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Growth Product Manager will lead the growth & acquisition of digital customers through their new business venture.
The role will be hybrid working within offices in London
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Growth Product Manager will be:
– Leading the discovery, development and overseeing the onward journey of content onto internal & 3rd party platforms
– Discovering and shaping opportunities arising from the identify of new experiences and partnerships utilising platform technology
– Leading and working with cross functional teams with strong development and delivery skills
– Supporting the line manager with your product, growth strategy, customer acquisition and contractual partnerships expertise, being the go-to expert in your area.
– Supporting the line manager with transformational communication and leadership of a wide-ranging set of major stakeholders.
– Direct line managing one product manager and coaching others
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Growth Product Manager will have/be:
– Good understanding of the connected TV/online market
– Strong internal & external stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills
– Excellent relationship skills, the ability to navigate relationships across all levels and be a strong and coherent influencer for changes you want to implement
– A strong understanding in the customer lifecycle, it’s data and using it effectively across marketing, performance, and product verticals
– Understanding of customer marketing funnels – SEO or indexing experience will be advantageous
– Experience in launching large scale streaming and content products, within dedicated times and budgets
– Able to work autonomously
