We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join the Growth Squad within a scaling global B2C marketplace based in the SW of England. You’ll be joining an established and growing digital Product Management function sitting right at the heart of a product led, scaling tech business.
As the Senior Product Designer, you will work hand in hand with an experienced Product Manager and together successfully drive growth and acquisition, eloquently positioning the proposition and value to a global customer base.
Within the role of Senior Product Designer / Senior UX Designer we would look for you to take the lead on:
*Shaping the product vision and roadmap in conjunction with product, data, and tech leads
*Help with uncovering the user problems through qualitative and quantitative research
*Run ideation sessions to generate ideas on how to drive the growth metrics
*Lead creative and often scrappy tests to provide you with results to further build on
*Analyse the outcome of new products and features, learn, and optimise
*Nurture best practice, investing in design standards, systems and processes
We’d like to see the Senior Product Designer / Senior UX Designer bring the following experience to the team:
*Proven digital product design experience having lead projects from conception through to completion, successfully solving problems for users
*UX and UI, interaction, and visual design, prototyping and testing experience
*An exciting portfolio showcasing your work!
*Experience in designing, building, and shipping digital products for both web and mobile apps
*Scrappiness, you know how to build MVT’s and achieve high cadence of your experiments to learn fast
*Hands on experience in running usability testing sessions and user interviews
The role will require an individual to eventually be based in Brighton 2 days a week to enjoy working with the team in person.
