Senior Digital Acquisition Manager/ Senior Growth Marketing Manager needed by one of the UK’s fastest growing D2C pet food start-ups. They’re mission led and trying to make a big difference in the market, by offering high quality products that will improve the pet’s life.
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, the Senior Digital Acquisition Manager/ Senior Growth Marketing Manager will step in at an exciting time and own all digital channels to help with the business growth.
The Senior Digital Acquisition Manager/ Senior Growth Marketing Manager will:
– Deliver an acquisition strategy across all digital channels including PPC, Paid
Social, SEO and Programmatic campaigns.
– Pinpoint how to intercept the target demographic at the right moment and deliver the
correct message in order to convert them.
– Grow and manage paid online channels focusing on both web and app (Google ads, UAC,
Facebook, Google, Apple Search, etc.)
– Work closely with the marketing and creative team to implement framework for tracking
& reporting.
– Managing the acquisition budget and have a creative mind to bring in new ideas.
The Senior Digital Acquisition Manager/ Senior Growth Marketing Manage must have:
– Proven B2C experience from any online consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, D2C
etc…
– Outstanding Analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
– An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships
effectively.
– Strong verbal and written English skills.
– Experience with Excel and Google Analytics.
– A love for animals is always a bonus!
